This gives you the opportunity to have one on one training with Jacinda Askew. This can be for both novice and experience fitness levels. It is important to note that this is only applicable in Goodyear, AZ. The program will consist of the following:
- 5 days of programing weekly (if the weekly option is chosen)
- 3 days of 1 on 1 training sessions weekly (if the weekly option is chosen)
- Strength Programming
- Conditioning Programming
- Nutritional Guidance (Optional)
- Daily Availability to the Coach for questions
