Nutritional guidance in our programs will cause a caloric deficit for the individual using it. Each person's dietary needs and restrictions are unique to the individual. Information and guidance is given to the best of our ability. You are ultimately responsible for all decisions pertaining to your health. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or have had any surgeries that restrict your diet, you must contact your doctor before beginning this program. Some Foods on this program may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. These are suggestions only! Do not make and consume anything that you have an allergy to.
In this program, individuals will be given guidance to every exercise to keep them safe. This guidance will be given to all levels of fitness, from novice to expert. You are ultimately responsible for all decisions made in regard to your health. If you have any medical conditions or have had any surgeries that restrict your fitness, you must contact your doctor before beginning this program.
Returns and Exchanges
Here at Identity Athletics, we want you to love every product you purchase! If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our product, we will happily help you with a return or exchange. (Exclusion: Returns on boot-camps or 1 on 1 training sessions can only be refunded prior to the program starting)
Returns on Apparel
Returns can be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. The product/products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All customers will be responsible for the return shipping, and we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking information. We are not liable for lost or misrouted returns. (The return payment will be processed to the card on file)
Exchanges on Apparel
Exchanges can be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. The product/products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Due to inventory, exchanges for the same product may not always be possible. Shipping will be paid, for all exchanges, by Identity Athletics. The returned product must be mailed and received within 30 days of the exchange date. If the item is not received within this timeframe, an additional payment will be charged for the product. (International exchanges will not be accepted)
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
