Returns and Exchanges

Here at Identity Athletics, we want you to love every piece of apparel! If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our product, we will happily help you with a return or exchange.

Returns on Apparel

Returns can be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. The product/products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. All customers will be responsible for the return shipping, and we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking information. We are not liable for lost or misrouted returns. (The return payment will be processed to the card on file)

Exchanges on Apparel

Exchanges can be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. The product/products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Due to inventory, exchanges for the same product may not always be possible. Shipping will be paid for all exchanges by Identity Athletics. The returned product must be mailed and received within 30 days of the exchange date. If the item is not received within this timeframe, an additional payment will be charged for the product. (International exchanges will not be accepted)
