I just finished my first 8 week boot camp and was already signed up for my second round before we finished! Jacinda is great to work with, very encouraging and works closely with you one on one each week with your goals! These workouts fit perfectly into my busy schedule as I work full time and I’m a mom! Even my husband got into the workout routines and we got him signed up. I have tried many different programs and usually don’t stick to them longer than two weeks and now I can’t wait to start up again I actually like working out now. I highly recommend this boot camp.
This is the second time I completed the Home Boot Camp! I like the fact that I do not have to drive to a gym and the work outs are not lengthy. I love the results I am seeing and have signed on for a third time.
I’d definitely recommend the home boot camp to anyone who has limited time to get in a workout. The workouts are easy to follow & the demonstration videos are a plus. Jacinda does an amazing job on explaining each exercise and providing modifications. This program is worth trying.
Jacinda’s program is something you wanna jump in on if you’re wanting to improve yourself because she will push you to reach your own goals & when it gets hard she will motivate you even more! She so involved & brings you into an environment with others who are on the same journey so it makes even more fun. Her energy is really upbeat and it shows in her workout guides! Very detailed on what your goals are and what it will take to get you there. Within just 6 weeks I even lost more weight than I had planned.
I am the middle of this product now and i could not rave more about it! Jacinda is an amazing, supportive coach who has created a program for everyone. I never even looked at a weight or jump rope in the past.. Burpee who’s she?? Haha! So the videos she created to walk us through the exercises and the scaled options have been great for a noob like me! Highly recommending to all my friends and family!
