Jacinda’s program is something you wanna jump in on if you’re wanting to improve yourself because she will push you to reach your own goals & when it gets hard she will motivate you even more! She so involved & brings you into an environment with others who are on the same journey so it makes even more fun. Her energy is really upbeat and it shows in her workout guides! Very detailed on what your goals are and what it will take to get you there. Within just 6 weeks I even lost more weight than I had planned.
I am the middle of this product now and i could not rave more about it! Jacinda is an amazing, supportive coach who has created a program for everyone. I never even looked at a weight or jump rope in the past.. Burpee who’s she?? Haha! So the videos she created to walk us through the exercises and the scaled options have been great for a noob like me! Highly recommending to all my friends and family!
I went from size 14 to size 10 jeans after completing the 8 week home workout. I’m 59 years old and it had been over 10 years since I did any type of exercise other than walking. Jacinda provided exercises I could complete. I’m stronger, more confident and very excited about the next 8 week home workout.
Extremely happy I was able to participate in the initial at home program. Workouts are super challenging and can be completed by anyone no matter your fitness level. Food program is great & easy to incorporate into my none stop lifestyle. One on One Zoom check-ins are a great way to stay accountable. Definitely looking forward to this next round. If you are looking to make working out a lifestyle this is the program to invest in!!! Jacinda is AMAZING, holds you accountable, and is very communicative. It doesn’t matter if you have a gym or not, if you’re advanced or a beginner she helps you find the perfect balance for your lifestyle. I love that she also doesn’t give you a cookie cutter diet, she helps you make this transition as easy as possible. The workouts are also very enjoyable and you are able to see your progress.
