This gives you the opportunity to have  one on one training with Jacinda Askew. This can be for both novice and experience fitness levels. It is important to note that all of the training will be done via zoom meetings. The program will consist of the following:

  • 5 days of programing weekly (if the weekly option is chosen)
  • 3 zoom 1 on 1 training sessions weekly (if the weekly option is chosen)
  • Strength Programming
  • Conditioning Programming
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Daily Availability to the Coach for questions
